As experienced licensed retailers, we recognise that training is key to business success. We also recognise that our clients are busy people, who need to know that every minute spent away from the pub is time well spent and an investment in the future.
Our dedicated team of trainers all have extensive experience at the sharp end of the pub business and it is this "real life" learning which has shaped a 
programme of courses that are sharp, focussed on business and fun! We have tried to design a programme which caters for all needs, whether you are new to the licensed trade or an experienced publican and our aim is to ensure that you always leave our courses full of new ideas on how to build your business.
As a new lessee, you will have the opportunity to join our comprehensive training programme - Innside Knowledge: Business Skills for Pubs. Fully accredited by the British Institute of Innkeeping and leading to industry-recognised qualifications, this course has been developed to equip you with the information to run your business efficiently and profitably. And the support of the training team doesn't finish at the end of the course. Should you have a question on personnel issues, changes in legislation, or any other matter which may arise in your business, they will be on hand to answer your query.
Once you are in your pub, you will have the opportunity to take further courses on Advanced Cellar Management and Cask Ale Handling, both of which are designed and run by our in-house experts; our courses are devised and run by licensed retailers for licensed retailers and our focus is always on your business and your customers.
