We have a range of lease agreements that have been designed to match the needs of our lessees and the pubs that we operate. There is a choice of both short term and long term leases, a range of rent and discount options and the option of either fully repairing and insuring leases or non-major repairing ones.
Long Term Investment Lease
This agreement is fully repairing and insuring and is designed to allow you longer to enjoy the value of the return on your investment. This agreement is best suited to those who already have experience in the licensed trade, having built up capital and looking for the right pub to develop into their business vision. The lease is assignable after two years and discount is paid up to £75 per barrel, back to barrel one. The lease term is available in five-year periods, up to 25 years. Click for more...

Short Term Development Lease
Our agreement is for a rolling five year period and is a non-major repairing lease with a number of flexible options. These include a range of rent and discount levels with discount paid up to £50 per barrel, back to barrel one.

Assignments
The assignment of an S&NPC lease is a private transaction between the assignor (original lessee) and the assignee (new lessee). Only certain lease types are assignable. The successful assignee is obliged to comply with all the same terms and conditions as the original lessee for the remainder of the lease term. Click for more...
