Lease A Pub

All SNPC pubs are offered on a leased basis often known as a "tenancy". Essentially, you invest capital and take responsibility for a pub, which you run as your own small business. You would be responsible for most aspects of managing the business including employing staff.

The pages in this section provide details of the various lease types which are available from Scottish & Newcastle Pub Company. Some pubs will only be available on specific lease types, but we will always endeavour to find the best lease for your particular business needs, skills and experience.
