Some of S&NPC’s leases allow the lessee, after a qualifying period, to assign the remainder of his/her lease to a new lessee.

The assignment of an S&NPC lease is a private transaction between the assignor (original lessee) and the assignee (new lessee).

The successful assignee is obliged to comply with all the same terms and conditions of the original lease for the remainder of the lease term.

During the assignment process, the successful assignee will be interviewed by the S&NPC Business Development Manager to ensure that he/she has the necessary resources to meet those lease obligations.  Assignees will be required to attend the S&NPC Innside Knowledge training programme.
 

Negotiations over the assignment of an S&NPC lease are a matter entirely between the assignor and the assignee.  S&NPC and/or its representatives will take no part in those negotiations.  Both parties are strongly advised to seek professional legal advice before entering into any binding agreement.
